Check these first

• Data-integrity error: Restart the app. Corrupt data never causes a fallback to Monte Carlo or an approximate value.
• Empty range: Select at least one opponent category with a frequency greater than 0%.
• No ICM result: Set two specific cards, an opponent range, valid stacks for 2–9 players, a finishing-place payout ladder, and a supported two-player showdown spot.
• Import failure: Use an export file with a supported schema version. An invalid import does not overwrite existing data. A destination app selected for sharing may communicate under its own policy.

Supported scope

v1 handles preflop NLH spots in which only the hero and one opponent reach showdown. Third-party all-ins, side pots, showdowns with three or more players, postflop play, Omaha, and individual suit frequencies within a category are not supported.

Contact us at info@dcftrading.com, through the developer contact listed on Google Play, or through “App Support” on the App Store. Please include the app version, OS version, device model, reproduction steps, the expected result, and the exact error text shown.

Do not send passwords, signing files, financial information, or unrelated personal information.

Account and data

Sign-in is required to use the app. You can sign in with an email address and password, Google, or Sign in with Apple in the native iOS and Android apps. New email registrations require email verification before access. Sign-in information is stored with Firebase Authentication.

Deleting your account

To delete your account, scroll to the footer at the bottom of an Equity or ICM screen and select “Delete account”. Email sign-in requires your current password; Google and Apple sign-in require provider reauthentication. Deletion removes Firebase Authentication credentials, server-side usage and subscription records and purchase-to-Firebase-UID links, plus saved data, recovery data, and export caches on this device. Sign in with Apple access is also revoked when applicable.

Transaction records retained by Apple or Google for legal and store-operation purposes remain with those stores. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple auto-renewable subscription, so cancel it in App Store subscription management before deletion. A subscription is not automatically transferred to an account created afterward.

Services not provided

The app does not operate real-money wagering, online matches, prizes, or referrals to gambling services. It therefore cannot handle deposits, withdrawals, bets, or gaming accounts.
